Grant by William de Maydenhuth to Nicholas de Wodemannecote for 14s, of an acre of arable in the field called Stanlinch between land of Adam son of Adam de Bidik on the south and of Roger Kelle on the north and extending at the east end on land of John le Haye and at the west on land of Richard Alex' called le Houleput, in the vill of Cocham.

Seal, pointed oval, 30 x 20mm, natural coloured wax, on doubled tag, slightly chipped at upper right side. A pelican feeding five birds in a nest.
