Lease by John le Wyse, of Cocham, to Nicholas de Wodemannecote, for 15s, of a meadow called le Stunich, with a ditch, fishery and willows growing there, in Cocham. The grantor to have a moiety of the first crops yearly. It adjoins the meadow called Munchenelesse on the east and the field called Stanlinch on the west. From the Feast of the Purification 22 Edward [I] for 14 years.
