Lease by John le Wyse to Nicholas de Wodemanecote, for 15s, of a meadow called le Stunich with a ditch, fishery and willows growing there, in Cocham. The grantor to have a moiety of the first crop yearly. It adjoins the meadow called Munechenelese on the east and the field called Stanlinch on the west. From the Feast of the Purification 22 Edward I for 10 years.
