Final concord, whereby Thomas de Webbele and Annora, his wife, surrender, for £20, to Thomas son of John atte Melle of Horton and Agnes, his wife, a messuage, 60 acres of arable, 6 acres of meadow, 5 acres pasture and a rent of 28s 6d in Stanewell, at a rent to Thomas and Annora of 6 marks silver and to the heirs of Annora of a rose at the nativity of St John the Baptist, with remainder to the heirs of Thomas son of John and Agnes, then to the right heirs of Thomas son of John.
