Grant by Nicholas le Swyft, of Cokham, to Clement de Castretone and Isabel, his wife, of a messuage curtilage and garden together with the common pasture of Cokmerhs and trees etc at Bradelegh in Cokham, for a certain sum of money, which messuage etc belonged formerly to Benedict Vincent and Christine Harding, his wife, and is situated between the King's highway on the north and land of Robert atte Forthe called Flaxhawe on the south, abutting on land of Richard Turri on the east and on the King's highway leading towards the Thames on the west.
