Quitclaim by Margaret, formerly wife of Nicholas de Wodemancote, for a certain sum of money, to Robert de Wodemancote, son and heir of the said Nicholas, of all her right in lands etc, which were assigned to her by the said Robert as dower by the gift of the said Nicholas, formerly her husband, in Cokham, Benetfeld and Garyngges, together with a rent of 46s 8d, which the said Robert and his heirs were bound to pay to her for the term of her life for the lands etc. aforesaid.
Witnesses: William de Bourghtone, vicar of the church of Cokham, Henry de Pynkey, William de Elyntone, Alexander de Babeham, John Dismars, William de Babeham, Robert de Shorteforde.
