Grant by Emma, formerly wife of the late Walter le Freynsche of Braye, to William Bovetoun, of the same of an acre of arable in Braye, whereof half an acre lies in the cultura called Suthlongefure between land of Margery atte Watere on the west and of John Roberd on the east, and half an acre in the cultura called le Slad between land of William Bovetoun on the south and of John Baroun of Benetfelde on the north, in Braye.
Rent 1d silver.

Seal, round, 17mm, natural coloured wax, on doubled tag. Perhaps two birds. A legend.
