Indenture of grant by William Bovetoun, of Braye, to Emma, formerly wife of the late Walter le Freynshe, of the same, of an acre of arable in Braye, whereof half an acre lies in the cultura called Suthlongefure between land of Margery atte Watere on the west and of John Roberd on the east, and half an acre in the cultura called le Slad between land of William Bovetoun on the south and of John Baroun of Benetfelde on the north, in Braye, for her life. Rent a red rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist.
