Indenture of grant by John May, of Cokham, to Robert de Wodemancote, of the same, of a rent of 46s 8d from all the grantor's lands and tenements in Cokham, also an easement of a house called le Hyvehous, with stable adjacent, within the messuage which the grantor held by grant of the said Robert, and also of hay and pasture for one horse, and sufficient wood for firing, for his life.
