Indenture of grant by Robert Mynty and Margaret, his wife, kinswoman and heir of Alice, daugther of John de la Hoo, in Cokham, to Simon Kerman and Elena, his wife, of a place of a curtilage between a messuage of John Robert on the south and a messuage of William Lutecok, late of William Blakemor, on the north, extending to the east upon a common moor and to the west upon a common field, at Northelynton in the parish of Cokham. To hold for the service of 6d at Michaelmas and of one working day in the autumn with food provided by the lord, and on Christmas Day the grantees are to have food from the grantors.
