Grant by John Mey, of Cokham, to John Culham, of Bustlecham, of a messuage with a curtilage and half an acre of arable between a tenement of the said John Mey on the east and a tenement late of John Bayl on the west, which messuage etc belonged to William Eldewell, at Bradelegh in Cokham.
Witnesses: John Hereward, John atte Pyrye, Robert Mynty, Roger Osbern, John Bauewell.

Seal, round, 23mm, red wax on doubled tag. Armorial, a bend between five ? skulls. The shield surrounded by a cusped border and surmounted by three sheaves.
