Grant by John Peytrel called Dawe, son and heir of William Peytrel, of Braye, to Roger Peytrel called Dawe, his uncle, of the same, and Maud, his wife, of a tenement at Boyndon, (which formerly belonged to Ralph Peytrel, the grantor's grandfather) as being among the messuages etc. which he inherited from the said William Peytrel, in Braye.
Witnesses: Thomas de Crucheffeld, John Bryd, Robert le Baker, John Hereward, John Laurens, Walter de Shobenhangre, John Apslon.

Seal, round, 21mm, reddish wax, on doubled tag. Armorial ? two lions rampant facing each other, between them a fleur de lys.
