Counterpart of indenture of grant by John le Cook, of Maydenhuth, to John Elyngton, of the same, of a curtilage in Maydenhuth in the parish of Cokham between tenements of William Spelyng on the west and Thomas Blewburi on the east, abutting on the King's way on the south and on the common field of Cokham on the north. Rent 4s silver; also of a road to the said curtilage together with the use of carts and horses to be used by him, his heirs and their servants (conditions specified).
