Quitclaim by William Chamburleyne, of Henle upon Thames, co. Oxon, and Margaret, his wife, to Richard Foture, of Braye, co. Berks, of all her right in all lands etc in Cokham and Braye, which formerly belonged to John Mereworth.
Witnesses: Robert Baker, Thomas Crucchefeld, Thomas Lyllebrok, of Braye, Richard Lude, John Cook, of Cokham.
Braye.
At the foot is a note in English "Will. Hacker prayyt ye ze wolde wryte ys newe and kepe him ys in sowr honde".
The land also is specified in another note as three half acres of arable in Cokham Reye with a garden in Braye.
Tongue with seal has been torn off.
