Grant by John Tebaud, vicar of New Wyndesore, Robert Herteleye, Roger Ganefled and John Terry to William de Aston, William Wynter, John Sabyn, clerks, Philip Holgot, Richard Odyham, Thomas Norreys, Richard Larke and Roger Dalow of a rent of 40s silver arising from lands of William Newman in Cokham, which the said William granted to Thomas de Tyle, of Old Wyndesore, and the said Thomas granted to the grantors of this charter. With the right to distrain if the rent is in arrears. For 1d they have put the grantees in seisin of the rent.
Witnesses: Henry Pynkeneye, William atte More, William de Elyngton, John Babeham, John Silvestre.

Three seals, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 27mm. Three crosses crosslet fitchee, in chief ? The shield within a cusped circle, open at the top where two bunches of flowers of leaves are looped to the top of the shield. The border broken away at left. SIGILLUM : ROBERTI : HERTELE
(2) Round, 20mm, a chevron between three shields each bearing a cross.
(3) A shield, 15 x 12mm. A fleur de lys beneath 4 roundles, in chief L R N. Broken away at left side.
There is a fourth tag which does not appear to have borne a seal.
