Quitclaim by John Tebaud, John Wynter, clerks, Robert Herteleye, John Terry and Roger Ganefeld to William de Aston, William Wynter, John Sabyn, clerks, Philip Holgot, Richard Odyham, Thomas Norreys, Richard Larke and Roger Dalow of all their right in all tenements meadows etc., which Thomas de Tyle, of Old Wyndesore, lately held by feoffment of William Newman, of Cokham, and which the grantors lately held by feoffment of Thomas de Tyle, in Cokham.
Witnesses: John Salesbury, Knight, Henry Pynkeneye, William de Elyngton, William atte More, John Babeham.

Five seals, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 20mm, a chevron between three shields each bearing a cross.
(2) Round, 17mm, W beneath a crown and between sprigs.
(3) Round, 27mm, three crosses crosslet fitchee, in chief ? the shield within a cusped circle, open at the top where two bunches of flowers or leaves are looped to the top of the shield.
(4) A shield, 15 x 12mm. Fleur de lys beneath 4 roundles, in chief L R N. Only a piece at the upper right survives.
