Grant by Robert Herteleye, John Terry, John Tebaud, vicar of New Wyndesore, and Roger Ganefeld to William de Aston, William Wynter, clerks, and Philip Holgod of nine acres of meadow in Cokham, whereof 4 acres lie in le Westmede in le Longefurlong between meadows of the abbot of Cirencester and of John Hereward, 4 acres by lot in the said meadow between meadows of the abbot of Cirencester and John Terry, and 1 acre in the barony, all which the grantors lately held be feoffment of Thomas de Tyle, of Old Wyndesore, who held it by grant of William Louches of Cokham.

(3) Round, 22mm. Armorial. A fess between three eagles' heads erased. The shield within a cusped circle and looped at the top to two bunches of flowers or leaves. SIGILLUM THOME GANFELD
