Grant by Robert Herteleye, John Terry, John Tebaud, vicar of New Wyndesore, and Roger Ganefeld to William de Aston, William Wynter, clerks, and Philip Holgod of a rent of 40s silver arising from lands of William Louches in Cokham, which William Louches granted to Thomas de Tyle, of Old Wyndesore, and Thomas de Tyle to the grantors of this charter. With the right to distrain if the rent is in arrears. For 1d they have put the grantees in seisin of the rent.

(1) Round, 27mm, three crosses crosslet fitchee, in chief ? The shield within a cusped circle, open at the top where two bunches of flowers or leaves are looped to the top of the shield.
(2) Round, 20mm, a chevron between three shields each bearing a cross.
(3) Round, 22mm. Armorial, a fess between three eagles' heads erased. The shield within a cusped circle and looped at the top to two bunches of flowers or leaves.
