Grant by Robert Gardyner, of Cokham, to Thomas son of Richard Hedesore, of the same, of two acres of arable in a field called Sowthereye, between land late of Richard Vigerus on the west and land of William Phelyp on the east, extending to the north upon a meadow called Jurdanuslese and to the south upon land formerly of Ralph Lullebroke, in Cokham.

Seal, brownish red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial, a fesse dancettee between a cross between two estoiles above and an estoile below. The shield within a cusped circle. A legend.
