Grant by John Merssh, of Braye, and Agnes, his wife, to William Hacker, of Maidenhithe, of 2 messuages, 50 acres of arable, 2 acres of meadow, a fishery called Pykesdich, a rend of 3s due for a way to a tenement called Gonyleplace, with a rent of 4d and the services of 4 days' work of one man in autumn arising from a cottage called Elyotesplace, which John Elyot now holds, which the said Agnes and William Staverton, lately her husband, held by feoffment of Walter de Rededych and John Hereward, of Benfeld, in Braye and Cokham, co Berks, and Tapelawe, co. Bucks, and which formerly belonged to John Muleward, senior, of Maidenhith.
