Indenture of lease by John Pynkeny, of Cokham, John Northwold and Margaret, his wife, of Maydenhuthe, to William Hackere, of the same, of arable land, meadows and pastures, which John Northwold held by grant of Arnold Pynkeny in Cokham, and which the said John Pynkeny afterwards granted to the same John Northwold and Margaret, his wife, for five years, for a certain sum of money.
Witnesses: John Sylvestre, John Cook, William Wade, John Horn, senior, Richard Hamtchyre, Richard Buddull.

Three seals, round, dark red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 20mm. Armorial, the shield within a cusped border. A legend. The impression worn.
(2) 22mm. Armorial, a fesse indented between four mullets, three and one. A legend.
(3) 15mm. Beneath a crown and between sheaves P.
