Quitclaim by William Dyer, clerk, perpetual vicar of Braye, Walter Skott, Roger March and Philip Martyn to William Hacker and Margery, his wife, of Maydenhithe, of all their right in the lands etc., which they lately held by feoffment of John Muleward, son and heir of John Muleward, of Maydenhithe, in Cookham and Braye.
Witnesses: John Pynkeneye, William Louches, John Silvestre, William Wade, William Chaumbre.

Four seals on two doubled tags, two on each.
(1) Round, 23mm, dark red wax. A bad impression, perhaps armorial.
(2) Oval, 12 x 8mm, dark red wax. An eagle displayed. A legend.
(3) Octagonal, 14 x 12mm, dark red wax. ? a strawberry. A legend.
(4) Round, 14mm, light red wax. Within two superimposed triangles a star.
