Feoffment by William Dyer, vicar of Bray, Thomas atte Lude, clerk, and John Palmer, of Fyffede in Bray to Robert Faireford, of London, of a tenement called Serles in the vill of Maidenhith, in the parish of Bray with 6 acres of arable and 2 acres of meadow in Bray, which they lately held jointly by feoffment of William Hakker, of Maidenhithe, by charter dated at Braye on Saturday before the Nativity of St John the Baptist 12 Henry IV (20 June 1411).
