Grant by William Hakker, of Maydenhythe, to Thomas Dru, esquire, Thomas Lude, clerk, William Clerk alias William Skynner and John Horn, senior, of a messuage formerly called Lovetotte and now Millewardys, together with 50 acres of land, 2 acres of meadow and a fishery called Pykesdych, together with 3 acres in Brendelow and a piece of land of 40 ft x 20 ft., late a parcel of the principal tenement of John Merworth near the bridge called Madenhytheysbrugge, with 6 cartloads of wood with all the common thereto belonging. (in Bray).
