Indenture of feoffment by William Coly and John Palmer to William Hakker, of Maydenhith, bocher, of Serlestenement and Gonnore Palmers tenement in Maydenhith, in Bray, together with 6 acres of arable land and 2 acres of meadow belonging to the said Serlestenement, which the feoffors lately held jointly by feoffment of the said William Hakker, with reversion to Robert Faireford.
Witnesses: William Norreys, John Wynche, William Skynner, [...], Thomas Pankebourne.
Maydenhith, Sunday after St Edward the King [?] Henry VI. [25 March 1431?].
Two seals, round, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 26mm. Within a cartouche, beneath a crown some letters. A legend. Half broken away.
(2) 20mm. Within a quartefoil various flowers. A legend.
