Quitclaim by Thomas Drew, esquire, William Clerke alias Skynner and John Horne, of Maydenhyth, to Thomas Lyde, clerk, of Braye, of all their right in a messuage, anciently called Lovetotes, now called Mylwardys, together with 50 acres of arable, 2 acres of meadow and a fishery called Pykysdyche, with a piece of land 40 ft x 20 ft., late a parcel of the principal tenement of John Merworth, next Maydenhythbrege, with 6 cartloads of wood, with all the common thereto, belonging, which they lately held by feoffment of William Hacker, of Maydenhyth.
Witnesses: John Palmer, Robert Feyreforde, Thomas Crucfeld, John Gylmyn, Richard Hacker.
Braye.
Two seals, round, 14mm, red wax, on doubled tags.
There is a third tag with no trace of a seal on it.
(1) A, with a sprig at the right side.
(2) Beneath a crown H.
