Conveyance by Thomas Lude, clerk, to Agnes Hakker alias Buddyng, of Maydenhithe, of a messuage, anciently called Lovetote, now called Mulewardys, with 50 acres of arable, 2 acres of meadow, a fishery called Pykesdych, 3 acres at Brendelow, a piece of land 40 ft x 20 ft., late a parcel of the principal tenement of John Merworth, next the bridge called Maydenhithbrugge, with 6 cartloads of wood, with all the common in Thyket thereto belonging (all which formerly belonged to William Hakker, of Maydenhithe,) on condition that John Buddyng, husband of the said Agnes, holds the above for life.
