Quitclaim by Richard Newenham, of Maydenhith, to William Blakemore, of Maydenhith, of all his right in a messuage, etc. in Maydenhith at the west end of the town, between a tenement of the said William Blakemore on the east and a messuage late of John Elys on the west, extending from the King's way leading from Redyng to London on the south to land of the said William Blakemore in Cokhamfeld on the north, which the said Richard lately held together with Thomas Herford (who gave up his right therein to the said Richard) by feoffment of John Sylvestre, late of Maydenhith, and which the said William lately held by feoffment of William Bokelond and Alice, his wife, daughter and heiress of the said John Sylvestre.
