Grant by Roger Noris, of Cokham, Gentelman, Richard Babham, of the same, and John Martyn, chapman, of Maydenhirth, to John Munkedon, of Maydenhirth, of all lands etc., which they lately held together with John Pudell and Roger Lok, deceased, by feoffment of the said John Munkedon, in the parish of Cokham.
Witnesses: Richard Bullok, John Blakemore, Robert Turnour, Richard Norton, John Cake.
Cokham, on the day of St Hugh the Bishop 39 Henry VI.
Three seals, round, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 12mm. A stag couchant.
(2) 21mm. Armorial. A legend.
(3) 10mm. Beneath a crown and between sprigs I.
