Grant by William Weston, groom of the chamber to lady Elizabeth, Queen of England, and John Staverton to Margaret Monketon, lately wife of John Monketon, of Maydenhith in Cokeham, of all lands etc. in Cokeham called Wodmancotesland, (which they lately held jointly be feoffment of William Aleyn, William Morys, vicar of the church of Braye, and the said Margaret Monketon), for the term of her life, with remainder to John Iseham, John Andrewe and William Andrew, grooms of the chamber to the lady Elizabeth, Queen of England.
