Right hand indenture of fine, whereby John Spencer and Agnes, his wife, daughter and heir of Thomas Hakker, surrender to Hugh France, clerk, and Thomas Coke a messuage, 22 acres of arable, 2 acres of pasture and 2 acres of wood in Bray and Maidenhith for £20, and 3s 4d to the lady of the Manor (the Queen).
