Grant by John Staverton, of Maydynhyth, to John Pery, of New Wyndesore, Alexander Chamburleyn, of Eton, and John Mason, of the same, of a rent of 4s with four working days in autumn, proceeding from a house of Master Richard Turner, formerly of Robert, his father, in Maydynhyth in Cokeham, between land of William Baker, of Wynkfeld on the east and land of the said Richard on the west, extending [on the south] on to the King's street, which leads through the midst of the town of Maydinhith, and on the north on to the field of Cokeham, which rent etc. the grantor and William Weston, deceased, lately held by feoffment of Margaret, lately wife of John Monketon, in her pure widowhood.
