Grant by William Baker, son and heir of William Baker, late of Benetfeld, co. Berks, "mynstrell", to William Lynde and John Mason of a place of pasture lying in le Rye in Cokeham at the end of a meadow called Ubbemere, enclosed in former time with thorns and trees, which lately belonged to Robert Mynty and Margaret, his wife, and afterwards to Stephen Wade.
Witnesses: William Andrewe, Gentilman, Richard Oldom, William Okelonde, Richard Drake, William Appurford.
