Feoffment by William Ketyll and John Mason to Roger Lupton, provost of Eton College, and to the said college of a messuage, 47 acres of arable and 8 acres of meadow in Dachet and Eton, also of a messuage, 160 acres of arable, 30 acres of meadow, 20 acres of wood and 9 cart-loads of wood yearly in le Comyn of Bryggefrythe in Cokeham, in performance of the will of Henry Boste, clerk, deceased. Power of attorney to William Canon and Robert Staper to deliver seisin.
