Indenture of lease by Richard Martyn and Elizabeth, his wife, to William Hackere, Bocher, of a pasture called Estmerehulle and a croft of arable land called Mulcroft, lying separately in Cokham, whereof the said pasture lies between land of Richard Weldyng and John Silvestre on the east and land of Margery atte More on the west, extending at the north upon Cokham Reye and at the south on the King's way, and the said croft lies between land of John Silvestre on the north and the King's way on the south; also of two cartloads of wood to be enjoyed yearly during the life of the said Richard and Elizabeth in the common wood called le Thyket. To hold for the lives of the grantors.
