Indenture of lease by William Noris and Robert Fouler, of Braye, to John Spicer and Joan, his wife, of a tenement in Waterocle, between a tenement late of John Cobbe on the south and a tenement of Henry Smyth on the north. For their lives in survivorship with remainder to John Goors, perpetual chaplain of the chantry of the Blessed Mary of Braye, and his successors in that chantry.
