Indenture, between Thomas Hawding alias Hawten, of Stepney, co. Middlesex, ropemaker, of one part and John Bayly, of Cookham, clerk, and Joseph Loveday, of Bisham, co. Berks, clerk, of the other part, declaring the use of the foregoing fine. [The premises are described in full]. For the use of the said John Bayly and his heirs for ever.
