Copy of indenture, between Weldon Bayley, of Cookham, gentleman, son and heir of John Bayley, late of Cookham, clerk, deceased, of one part and Elizabeth Bayley, widow, relict of the said John Bayley, of the other part, by which she said Weldon Bayley assigns the said Elizabeth, for her dower and the third part of the goods of the said John to which she is entitled by law, of the premises for her life. She quitclaims all her right in any other lands or tenements the said John may have neen seised of at his death.
