Indenture of lease, by Sir John Trevor, of Trevallan, co. Denbigh, Knight, by the direction and assent of Francis Rous, esquire, Provost of Eton, to Sir John Parsons, of Langley Marish, co. Bucks, Knight, and Richard Francklin of Eton, gentleman, of the priory and manor of Gouldcliff, Nashe and Couldrey in Netherwent, co. Monmouth, and all other lands which the Provost and College by their indenture of 19 May have demised to the said Trevor. For 12 years. Rent a peppercorn.
