Goldcliff and Coldrey, Monmouthshire: Indenture tripartite

Indenture tripartite, between the Provost and College of the first part, Sir John Parson, of Langlie Marsh, co. Bucks, Knight, of the second part, and Sir John Trevor, of Trevellan, co. Denbigh, Knight, of the third part. Trevor had leased the priory and manors of Gouldcliffe, Nashe and Couldrey on 20 May 1646 to Parsons and one Richard Francklynn, of Eaton, gentleman, since deceased, for a peppercorn; and Parsons and Francklyn by indenture of 21 May 1646 had leased the premises to Trevor. Now Parsons, with the authority of the College, surrenders all his interest in the same to Trevor.
