Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Robert Salusbury, of Cotton Hall, co. Denbigh, upon surrender of a lease to Charles Van, esquire, deceased, of the priory and manors of Goldcliff Nash and Couldrey, excepting Upper and Lower Priory Wood and all the stone lying and being in upon or under the cliff near the Hill Farm. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £35 13s 4d and 14 quarters 6 bushels of wheat and 51 quarters 5 bushels and 2 peck of malt or their money equivalent, and 30 oxen between 7 and 11 years old.
