Counterpart of indenture of lease, by the Provost and Fellows, to William Taylor of Nash, yeoman, of a farm called Mourbarn in Nash, containing 126 acres 1 rood, and now in his possession; reserving all timber and quarries of stone, tile and slate and all veins and seams of coal, culm, lead, copper and iron ore. From 2 February 1808 for 14 years. Rent £220 and 5s on ever acre that the lessee shall plough up.
