Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and Fellows, to Thomas Milner, of Nash, farmer, of a farm called Mourbarn, in Nash, containing 126 acres 1 rood, reserving all timber and quarries of stone, tile and slate and all veins and seams of coal, culm, lead, copper and iron ore. From 2 February last for 14 years. Rent £225 and £5 on every acre ploughed up.
