Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to John Taylor, of Goldcliff, farmer, of the Hill Farm in Goldcliff containing 112 acres; except all great tithes or rent charges in lieu thereof, and all timber trees and all quarries and mines. From 2 February last for 14 years. Rent £195 and for ever acre of meadow or pasture ploughed £5.
