Power of attorney, by the Provost and College to Thomas Batcheldor, gentleman, registrar of the College, to distrain from the occupiers of lands in Goldcliff, Nash, Christchurch and Whitson, co. Monmouth, subject to rent charge in lieu of tithe, for all such sums as by the instrument of apportionment of such rent charges confirmed by the Tithe Commissioners shall be due.
