A copy of the Court Roll of the Duke of Beaufort's manor of Chepstow, held on 28 September 1745, impaneling a jury to ascertain the boundary of the Provost's orchard in Chepstow, with their verdict delivered on 6 October 1745.
Viewed by the Revd. C.J. Dupuis and the Revd, O. Luxmoore on 8 May 1856, accompanied by Mr Batcheldor, Registrar, who measured and made a sketch of the property the same day. A copy of this sketch, coloured, appears on the document.
