Grant by Richard Webbe, of Hangynglangfford, husbondman, to John Webbe, his son, of a messuage with a croft adjoining and half a virgate viz. 5½ acres in one field and 5½ acres in another viz. 2 acres in the same cultura as the messuag elying between Chaddeporne and the town, and a third under the great hill called the Broad Acre, and a fourth upon Losehill, and a fifth upon Losehill called Durfeacre, and half an acre under the hill called Langlynge, and in the other field under Walter's hill an acre called Short Broad Acre (curta lata acra), and an acre and a half lying to the south in the place called Linche, and a half in the combe to the south, and an acre in Short (curta) cultura, and an acre lying beyond Undewoes, and a half in the Longcultura which extends to Holewee; also ½ acre of meadow with common pasture, and 4 acres of arable viz. two at Marlynche and two at Frenche Busshe next Dangell hege. In perpetuity. Rent 2s 6d.
