Indenture of assignment, by Martin Lypeatt, of Marleborough, co. Wilts, linen draper, and Anne, his wife, relict and sole executrix of Thomas Goodwyn, late of New Sarum, gentleman, deceased, and Richard Rowden, of Hanging Langford, yeoman, to John Selwood, the elder, yeoman, for £340 of the moiety of the manor or priory of Hanging Langford. By lease of 30 December 1667 the College had leased the manor to Thomas Goodwyn.
