Thurlby, Lincolnshire: Counterpart of lease

Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to George Blyth, of Lincoln's Inn, gentleman, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage.
From Michaelmas 1580, or the expiry of a lease of 14 July 1560 to Richard Harebye, for 40 years. Rent 20 quarters of malt, and £13 8s, an a boar at Christmas. The lessees to provide for the lessors and their horses when they visit the premises on business sufficient meat for two days and nights; and to make a terrar of the glebe lands within three years of the date of this indenture.
