Counterpart of lease, by the Provost to Henry Stoyte, of Castor, co. Northants, gentleman, Nicholas Stoyte, of Uffington, co. Lincoln, gentleman, and Tobie Stoite, of Workesworth, co. Derby, clerk, upon surrender of their former lease, of the rectory of Thurlebye and the scite of the same with all its appurtenances, excepting wards, marriages, escheats, reliefs, and all great trees and the advowson of the vicarage. From this date for 21 years. Rent £10 14s 8d and 20 quarters of malt or their money equivalent, and a boar or 20s.

Three seals, round, red wax, on doubled tags.
(1) 14mm. A dragon's head erased (Henry).
(2) 14mm. A ? dog passant (Nicholas).
